The Horror-on-Sea Festival will be held in the magnificent 250-seat ballroom at the Park Inn Palace Hotel, Church Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2AL. This historic Edwardian hotel, which reopened in 2010 following a massive, multi-million pound refurbishment, sits proudly at the heart of Southend's seafront, looking out over the town's world-famous pier (the longest pleasure pier in the world).
